Digital Advertising Specialist
About you
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven digital advertising specialist responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing plans for clients.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the customer journey, extensive experience with paid advertising channels and managing large media budgets, be confident in developing and implementing strategies and tactics that involve channels targeting users at various stages of their journey. This role collaborates closely with our Project Management and Creative teams and reports directly to the Digital Advertising Director.
About the role
- Development of campaign strategies.
- Identify target audience segments on paid channels.
- Recommend digital media budgets.
- Work with Creative and Design teams to craft digital ads.
- Work with the Analytics team to configure campaign conversion tracking.
- Work with Content and Design teams to optimize campaign landing pages.
- Setup digital campaigns on all major paid channels including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Optimize campaigns on all paid channels to achieve maximum ROI.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies.
- Provide marketing/campaign performance reporting using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience working in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and other dashboard/reporting tools.
- Experience managing multiple paid campaigns simultaneously in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and other ad platforms.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and campaign tracking.
- Experience working in Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
- Experience suggesting and adjusting media budgets based on objectives and performance.
- Solid understanding of concepts like measurement planning, customer journeys, content marketing, lead generation.
- Proven track record of working with teams in Creative, Design, and development.
- Passion for the digital marketing industry and evolving ad platforms, policies, and opportunities.
- Agency experience managing multiple clients, Excel/Google Sheet, Hubspot, WordPress, Unbounce, HTML/CSS, demand side platforms all considered an asset.
