You’re a data-driven digital marketer who specializes in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for clients. With more than two years of experience, you find yourself drawn to marketing that’s rooted in data, measurement and analytics. You have a solid understanding of measurement planning, customer journeys, content marketing and lead generation. You’re confident in developing and implementing strategies and tactics, especially channel marketing that targets online users at various stages in their customer journey. You are extremely organized yet flexible, with a positive attitude and impressive attention to detail. You communicate clearly with colleagues including designers, copywriters, other digital specialists and project managers. You can simultaneously manage multiple ad campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and other paid digital ad platforms, and you’ve worked with Mailchimp, Hubspot or other email marketing platforms. You can interpret data and transform what you see into understandable, actionable insights that you can explain for clients in plain language. You’re an enthusiastic self-starter and team player who gets along with everyone and enjoys the fact that no two days at work are the same.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll lead the development of strategies and implementation for digital campaigns and email marketing campaigns, while responding to Metric’s Account Executives  as a digital strategy subject matter expert. You’ll identify target audience segments and allocate budgets for digital media. Working closely with Content and Design teams, you’ll help plan and deploy digital ads and optimize campaign channels and landing pages to achieve maximum conversions and ROI for clients. Using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio, you’ll also work with a Metric Analytics specialist to configure, measure and report on campaign conversion tracking. You’ll set up and monitor digital campaigns on major paid channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and other social platforms. 

Main Roles

  • Lead development and implementation of campaign strategies

  • Identify target audience segments on paid channels

  • Recommend, optimize and reallocate digital media budgets

  • Work with Creative, Design, Analytics and Content teams to plan digital ads, campaign landing pages and email marketing campaigns

  • Set up, optimize and report on digital and email marketing campaigns 

  • Provide insights and opinions as a digital marketing subject matter expert
