About the Role

As the Director of Accounts at Metric, you play a pivotal role in achieving company-wide objectives for account retention and growth. Leading a team of Account Executives, you drive client satisfaction and participation while ensuring successful execution of annual planning processes. Your responsibilities include creating accurate budgets and forecasts, representing Metric with integrity, and collaborating with the CAO on strategic initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Metric Account Executives, providing guidance and support for their growth.
  • Maintain and grow company-wide accounts.
  • Present accurate budgets, forecasts, and presentations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and participation across teams.
  • Ensure that all accounts have an annual planning process.
  • Maintain accurate sales funnel data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Support the CAO's strategic initiatives and provide feedback.
  • Keep up-to-date with sales techniques and trends in the private school industry.

Experience and Education

  • 3+ years of direct marketing/ advertising experience- ideally in an agency.
  • A relevant degree or diploma (in business, marketing, or project management).
  • Proven experience leading a team to success, driving forward innovation, and exceptional performance.
  • Experience in client relationship building and networking.
  • Solid understanding of marketing fundamentals including measurement & analytics, digital advertising, and customer journeys.
  • Proven track record of working successfully with teams in project management, creative, digital, and development to meet client needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
