With a sharp eye for detail and a drive for excellence, you have experience executing creative concepts across a full suite of marketing assets, and making sure they stand out on every platform. About the role
As a Graphic Designer at Metric Marketing, you’ll be a key player on our creative team, working closely with our Art Director, Senior Graphic Designers, and other talented marketing pros. Your role? Bringing client campaigns to life with high-quality, strategic, and on-brand graphic assets. Beyond execution, you’ll also have the chance to flex your creative muscles—contributing fresh ideas, brainstorming with the team, and helping shape innovative concepts that make an impact.
Core Duties
- Technical/Production Designer: Effectively translate creative campaign concepts across a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
- Developing Creative: Contribute to the development of creative concepts for on-brief marketing campaigns, collaborating with the team to generate innovative ideas.
- Brand Expert: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all platforms.
- Video/Motion Designer: Possesses skills (or is developing skills) in video/motion design, understands effective solutions based on experience, can create video or animation solutions from static creative, and is skilled in video composition (timing, music, etc.).
- Digital Marketing Specialist: Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard design software and stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends.
Position Details
- Duration: April – December (8-month term)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid – one in-office day per week (Wednesdays)
- Location: Preference will be given to candidates local to our Winnipeg head office
