Traffic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Traffic Manager. Reporting to the Director of Project Management, this role will primarily consist of traffic and scheduling, vendor management, and project costs administration. The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining a master schedule for all project labour and ensuring production labour utilization is maximized.

Responsibilities

• Analyses schedules and forecasts for capacity and utilization.
• Administration for project and media costs.
• Coordinates vendors for outsource services.
• Communicates deadlines and priorities to Production Associates.
• Keeps projects on schedule.
• Coordination of project meetings with Production Associates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ in a client facing role.
• Strong decision making and prioritization skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management software.
