Graphic Designer

About You

You’ve been working for a year or two as a graphic designer and you’re itching to work at a dynamic marketing firm, where you can hone your skills and learn on the fly from experienced agency colleagues. Your enthusiasm about design and layout is infectious. You work well with others and bring your ideas but not your ego to the table. You’re an abstract thinker and designer, yet you’re detailed and organized when it comes to proofing your work and naming or organizing your files. You work hard, communicate clearly and listen well. You demonstrate balance and poise under pressure as you apply yourself and collaborate with your team.

About the Role

This is an entry-level agency designer position. You’ll work on layout design, build out full campaigns and create large, multi-page documents. You’ll prepare error-free files for output in all types of media, with a strong eye for colour, aesthetics, hierarchy and typography. Taking direction from the design director and creative director, you’ll play a positive and supportive role on the creative team. You’ll be organized and creative as you follow our well-developed (and always evolving) internal processes. You’ll work as an integral member of the creative team, doing your part in developing work that gets noticed—and gets results.

  • Choose and source stock photos, font styles and colour palettes
