About the Role

As a Business Development Manager at Metric, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our organization. You will execute Metric's sales process for new business opportunities, working closely with Account Executives on lead generation strategies. Additionally, you will ensure accurate data management in our CRM system and create forecasts and budgets for new business initiatives. Your role will also involve representing Metric to clients with integrity and professionalism, as well as supporting the CAO's strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the generation of leads and opportunities through proactive engagement and strategic initiatives.
  • Achieve new business sales goals.
  • Lead annual planning efforts for all clients, ensuring a focus on fostering positive ROI relationships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, actively managing and nurturing accounts to build loyalty and growth.
  • Act as a trusted extension of clients' marketing teams, understanding their needs and objectives deeply.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and the agency, advocating for client interests and ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct comprehensive account planning sessions with both clients and internal stakeholders on an annual and quarterly basis.
  • Maintain a close eye on industry trends and innovations within clients' sectors and the broader marketing landscape to provide informed insights and recommendations.
