About The Role

As a Senior Account Executive at Metric Marketing, you'll represent our clients to internal teams within the company — and vice versa. Your main goals are to achieve an 80% retention rate of AGI year over year, hit sales targets, and grow your book of business to align with Metric’s strategic goals. You’ll also craft annual plans for current accounts and ensure project deliverables are on-point and on time.

Core Duties

  • Client Representation and Account Management: Act as the liaison between Metric and our clients, ensuring clear communication and meeting client needs.

  • New Business Development: Support efforts to close new accounts, bringing fresh opportunities to our doors.

  • Current Business Growth: Implement strategies to consistently grow account value.

  • Annual and Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed plans for all accounts, ensuring a strategic approach to growth and retention.

  • Financial and Performance Management: Keep a close eye on financial forecasts and budgets, updating projections regularly to stay aligned with fiscal goals.
