We believe people do their best when they’re happy and fulfilled. Our employees are encouraged to leave work at work—no evening or weekend hours are ever expected. We offer flexible schedules between home and the office, and our 4/10 Program gives you the option of a standardized four day work week (and a long weekend, every weekend).
4. Connect & Collaborate
Every Metric team member works at least one standard day in the office each week. We call these Culture Days. This is an intentional time to (safely) meet face-to-face, collaborate in-person and connect more deeply as a team.
5. Safety First
We believe that taking care of employees and keeping them safe is the right thing to do (and not a political decision). Because of this, we’ve gone above and beyond to create a safe work environment for employees who opt to work from the office. Metric has required that all employees who work from the office be double-vaccinated against Covid-19 and we have distancing & masking protocols, acrylic dividers, and no-guest policies in place. We know we can do our best creative work when we’re not worrying about our health and safety. These policies will be updated as this current pandemic shifts and evolves.
6. Share Our Wins
When one of us does well, everyone wins. All Metric employees join our profit sharing program on Day 1, and receive an equal share of our profits at year end. This helps us all think like owners and look for ways to work better—and it’s satisfying to share in the rewards.
7. We Said It: Perks
We offer lots of big and little perks to make your life a little better, including health and wellness accounts, paid vacation, sick and personal time, the option to bring your dog to work, early dismissal on long weekends in the summer, and free pizza days every month (to name just a few).
